We help identify delays in auditory processing, working memory, reading, visual perceptual areas, academics, and processing speed using nationally standardized testing that offers insight into where the blockages to learning are. A report is provided within 2 weeks.

Irlen Syndrome is a visual perceptual problem. It tends to run in families and is not currently identified by standardized educational, psychological, optometric, or medical tests. Symptoms are: visual fatigue, headaches, poor concentration, light sensitivity, and lower reading skills.

Working Memory Therapy

A person who struggles with a poor working memory has difficulties with hanging onto new information long enough to do something with it. It affects comprehension of directions, reading, math, and attention and focus. We use Cogmed, an online training program that can be completed in your home with constant monitoring from us.
